Noise Control Comprehensive Catalog - Sound Absorption Materials for Noise Reduction Product Line
Noise control measures aim for 'zero' sound stress by using lightweight plastic sheets as simple soundproofing materials to reduce 'machine noise' and 'echo noise'.
■Noise is one type of pollution. Noise has a negative impact on people. It can cause stress and prolonged exposure can lead to the risk of hearing loss. Therefore, measures against noise are necessary. ■What are noise control measures? We prevent sound waves from transmitting. Specifically, we cover with perforated boards that absorb sound waves, or with thick, heavy materials like concrete, steel plates, or lead-lined curtains that make it difficult for sound waves to transmit. However, it can be challenging to apply these to existing machinery or equipment. ■Simple soundproofing material utilizing the advantages of lightweight plastic sheet "Plaparl" With Plaparl, it is lightweight and can be processed into sizes according to its use. We offer a diverse lineup including boxes to cover small machines, booths to enclose large machines, panels to attach to walls, and partitions to divide spaces. ■Why does sound decrease with sound-absorbing materials? Sound, which is the vibration of air, is wave energy. Sound-absorbing materials absorb sound by converting "wave energy" into "thermal energy." Although it is heat, it does not become noticeably hot to the touch. There are mainly two methods to convert it into heat. *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.*
